Use this form for plats that
include property designated as an LAPC or an Urban Wilderness Area and
which have an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) that was approved by the
County Commission. This form is used to outline mitigation measures and
techniques necessary to acceptably reduce the impact of the proposed
development and to ensure compliance with requirements of the EIR. |

of Building Permits While Platting is in Progress (CAF364) |
Use this form for plats
that have been approved by the County but have not yet been recorded
and which the developer has obtained County approval of issuance of
building permits in advance of plat recordation. |

Agreement (CAF365) |
Use this form for plats that
include property designated as an Archaeological Site and approval was
conditioned upon developer agreeing to prevent destruction of the
Archaeological Site during construction and to preserve the Archaeological
Site as private open space after development. |

This form is required for all residential plat applications and unincorporated area residential
site plans located within a certain distance of the runways of Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport or North Perry Airport and is recorded to
put prospective purchasers on notice that the property may be subject to aircraft overflight noise and that the County’s noise mitigation does
not apply to new incompatible uses |

This sample language was developed to comply with the requirements of Florida Administrative Code Rule 14-96.008 and Subsections 3(d) and 3(e) which allow a local governmental entity to hold the security. Please note that the Florida Dept. of Transportation, District 4 has not yet approved this letter of credit as a standard form for regular use. The applicant should consult with FDOT staff before using this form.

recordation. Under Florida Statutes Chapter 177.141, a professional surveyor and mapper may file an affidavit confirming error(s) and/or omission(s)
on a recorded plat. In this document, the professional surveyor and mapper must describe the error or omission and the appropriate correction that
should be substituted for the erroneous data. |
