that have been approved by the County but have not yet been recorded
and which the developer has obtained County approval of issuance of
building permits in advance of plat recordation. |

on a recorded plat. In this document, the professional surveyor and mapper must describe the error or omission and the appropriate correction that
should be substituted for the erroneous data. |
